By day, I am a physical therapist. During my free time I am a blogger, artist, and gardener. I am a mother of three adult children and a grandmother to three boys. I am a pet parent to four dogs and one cat. I love the beach, music, dancing, and playing with my friends. Yes, even us over 60 girls still love to play!
